If you are not totally satisfied return within 30 days for refund. Refunds are issued promptly, and within 10 days, upon receipt of returned goods. Please note that returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date, in "new product" condition (clean, and free of wear). Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If you return an item that qualified for free or reduced shipping then any shipping savings will be deducted from the refund amount. If you paid by credit card your refund will be posted back to the credit card you used for the purchase; otherwise, if you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to your mailing address. To arrange for a return please send us an email to obtain a Return Authorization # and our shipping address. The return authorization #  needs to be displayed on the outside of the package so we can associate the received merchandise with your account. We recommend that returned merchandise be shipped using a confirmation shipping service.
